Host is the one who rents out property or space. He can add any number of spaces at any time under one account.
The space that is provided for users to make reservations and stay by the host is often referred as List/Listing.
This is the rate which is calculated by analyzing the time taken by a host to respond for the query or reservation messages he receives. It is calculated and updated on every 10 days of activity. Response rate will be at the best if you respond to the messages with in 12 hours you receive them. It will be gradually decremented for every additional 12 hours you take as extra to respond.
Your acceptance rate is the percentage of reservation requests you've accepted against the total requests you have received.
Trips are reservations made by the traveller on a particular listing for a defined period. He can cancel his reservation at anytime. *conditions apply.

You can verify your listing address on request. When Admin approves your request You will get a postal with a code to the address you have specified for the list. You can enter that code against the list address to be verified and mark it as verified. Verified List address will get priority on user searches So we recommend to keep your list verified.
WishLists are properties you are interested in and they are saved in a separate list. This is not a booking.
